JCIdeas is a dynamic program that ignites thought leadership among young Filipinos. Local organizations host short talks (maximum 20 minutes) where speakers share thought-provoking ideas on a wide range of topics such as leadership, business, current issues, and more. This program serves a dual purpose:

Challenge and Inspiration: JCI members are challenged to step outside their comfort zones and explore new perspectives. These talks spark creativity and inspire innovative solutions to real-world problems.

Brand Awareness: Strategic online and offline promotion elevates JCIdeas as a premier platform for thought leadership, attracting diverse audiences and speakers across the Philippines.

Pinay Power is a dedicated program focused on women's empowerment. It equips Filipinas with the tools and opportunities needed to thrive in various social, economic, political, and personal spheres.

JCI Philippines Local Organizations implement various programs, projects, and activities that:

• Break Barriers: Empower women to shatter glass ceilings and achieve success in traditionally male-dominated fields.
• Close Opportunity Gaps: Advocate for equal opportunities and create avenues for women to flourish.
• Ignite Self-Empowerment: Encourage women to tap into their inner "Pinay Power" to empower themselves and those around them.

Mission Possible is a multifaceted program focused on health and well-being across the Philippines. It encourages JCI Local Organizations to implement health-related projects in their communities, addressing critical needs and promoting JCI values. This program aligns with the UN Sustainable Development Goal 3: Ensuring healthy lives and promoting well-being for all at all ages.

Beyond Prison Walls is a long-standing program dedicated to the rehabilitation and reintegration of people deprived of liberty (PDLs) in the Philippines. Guided by restorative justice principles, the program focuses on:

• Human Rights Advocacy: Ensuring PDLs are treated with dignity and respect.
• Skills Development: Equipping PDLs with valuable skills and knowledgeto increase their chances of successful reintegration.
• Livelihood Opportunities: Creating pathways for PDLs to secure employment after release.
• Public Awareness: Promoting public understanding of the challenges faced by PDLs and the importance of restorative justice.

Got Heart is a community health awareness program reaching out to underserved communities across the Philippines. Local chapters organize medical, dental, and surgical missions, and provide essential services such as:

• Free Medical Services: Delivering vital healthcare services to those who may not otherwise afford them.
• Health Education: Promoting healthy habits and disease prevention through educational programs.
• Mental and Emotional Well-being Support: Addressing mental health challenges faced by community members.

The Bags to School program aims to bridge the educational resource gap by providing students with essential school supplies like notebooks, pens, pencils, and backpacks. This initiative:

• Alleviates Financial Burden: Reduces the financial burden on underprivileged families, ensuring children have the tools they need to succeed in school.
• Boosts Learning Engagement: Equipped with proper supplies, students are more likely to attend school regularly and participate actively in learning.

The Green Project tackles the critical issue of waste management by promoting proactive waste reduction, responsible reuse, and efficient recycling. This program:

Education for Peace, formerly known as Peace is Possible, envisions a society where peace prevails, fueled by informed engagement, mutual respect, and collaborative problem-solving. This program empowers young people through education and active citizenship, fostering:

• Tolerance and Dialogue: Creating a culture of understanding and respect for diverse viewpoints.
• Peaceful Conflict Resolution: Equipping young people with the skills to resolve conflicts peacefully.

This aims to address water scarcity and sanitation challenges by providing sustainable access to clean and potable water throughout the Philippines, empowering communities to manage water resources effectively and promote a healthier future by addressing waterborne diseases.

JCI Philippines fosters collaboration between public and private sectors, and with international organizations, to achieve these goals.

The Think Green program envisions a future where the Philippines flourishes with lush forests and sustainable practices. Through collective environmental stewardship, the program aims to inspire every Filipino to actively protect their environment. Think Green tackles pressing issues like climate change and pollution by promoting a nationwide tree-planting initiative. This initiative, along with fostering a culture of environmental awareness for future generations, contributes to achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Ultimately, Think Green positions JCI Philippines as a leader among global networks of young, active leaders who champion environmental preservation.
