Oplan Kaagapay, meaning "operation plan companion" in Filipino, embodies JCI Philippines' commitment to disaster preparedness and relief. This program focuses on providing assistance to communities affected by natural disasters and emergencies. Key activities include mobilizing volunteers, fundraising, distributing relief goods, and supporting community rebuilding efforts such as infrastructure repair, livelihood assistance, and educational programs. Oplan Kaagapay operates on a three-pronged approach:

Readiness: Creating awareness campaigns, building partnerships, and securing resources for disaster preparedness.

Response: Mobilizing resources to provide immediate relief to victims and connect them with essential needs.

Rehabilitation: Implementing short- and long-term solutions to support recovery efforts within affected communities.

YLEA recognizes outstanding graduating elementary and high school students from both public and private schools who demonstrate exceptional academic achievements and leadership qualities.  JCI Philippines and its partners collaborate with local schools to identify deserving awardees who receive a commemorative medal and certificate. YLEA awardees become part of a nationwide network of young leaders, fostering inspiration and motivation for future generations.

TOFARM is a national award program launched in 2012 to recognize the resilience, ingenuity, and strength of Filipino farmers. It aims to promote awareness of the agricultural sector and encourage youth involvement in farming across all regions. Open to farmers, fisherfolks, agricultural cooperatives, and organizations, TOFARM fosters inclusivity by engaging both public and private stakeholders in agriculture, fisheries, and livestock. The program's ultimate goal is to inspire a steady increase in youth venturing into agriculture, leading to increased investment, scientific advancement, and a sustainable food supply.

This prestigious annual recognition program honors exceptional young Filipinos aged 18-40 for their significant contributions across various fields and communities. TOYM, known for its rigorous selection process, celebrates not only professional achievements but also dedication to inspiring positive change. Over the years, TOYM aims to nurture leadership development among young Filipinos and uphold values like service, integrity, and innovation, motivating them to contribute to nation-building.

The Creative Young Entrepreneurs (CYE) Competition is a pitch competition designed to ignite the entrepreneurial spirit in young leaders. It's a platform for showcasing up-and-running businesses and fostering innovation, creativity, and business acumen.

This program challenges young entrepreneurs to develop comprehensive business models, define their marketing strategies, and outline sustainable growth plans. CYE participants receive valuable mentorship and feedback from experts, regardless of their final ranking. This ensures all participants gain valuable insights and experience to enhance their ventures.

JCI RISE: Rebuilding, Investing, Sustaining, and Evolving

The JCI RISE program is a proactive initiative to address the global economic challenges arising from the COVID-19 pandemic. It equips JCI members to become global changemakers by identifying local and national needs and developing realistic solutions that stimulate socio-economic growth.

The RISE initiative is a member-driven program that anchors JCI Philippines in the economic reality faced by Filipino communities, while enabling its members to work towards a unified future. It encourages JCI members to develop projects related to the three pillars of RISE:

  1. Sustaining and rebuilding economies by supporting small, local businesses
  2. Motivating the workforce through youth entrepreneurship
